Your essential guide for staying safe and knowing who to contact during an emergency.
Stay calm. If the fire is small, use the fire extinguisher (APAR) with the P.A.S.S method: Pull the pin, Aim the nozzle, Squeeze the trigger, and Sweep side to side. If the fire is uncontrollable, shout for help, evacuate using the stairs (never use the elevator!), and head directly to the Assembly Point.
Drop, cover under a sturdy desk, and hold on. Stay away from glass windows or hanging objects. Once the shaking stops, evacuate calmly via the stairs and gather at the Assembly Point. Please wait there until the Emergency Team declares the building safe to re-enter.
Immediately stop work in that area and ensure the surroundings are safe from further hazards (like electrical currents or falling objects). Do not move the victim unless the location is dangerous. Provide basic first aid if possible, and contact the FMGA Emergency Team or 119 immediately.
Power Outage: Stay calm. Our team will activate the emergency lights and generator. Wait for further instructions.
Elevator: Take a deep breath. Press the emergency alarm button and shout to notify people outside. Never force the doors open; our team will contact trained technicians immediately.
Save these numbers! They are your first point of contact during any crisis:
Core Team: Ariyadi Nugroho, Candra Kurniawan, Omar, Apip.
Location PICs: Tiok Patruna (Food City), Herwan Kurniadi (B30), Hendri Helyami (Klinik K7), Ahmad Fitroh (Gudang).
